TYPES OF SHORT VIDEOS

The Descent: Drone starts far away from the house at a high altitude and then begins to approach the house while lowering altitude.

The Overhead Shot: Drone starts directly above the house with the camera facing down and then rises up while also slowly turning (can be reversed).

The Spotlight: Fly up to 360 degrees around the house, keeping the house in the center of the video.

The Reveal: Approach the property from very far away at a high altitude with the drone eventually passing by the house.

The Slider: Slow horizontal pan across the front of the property at a low altitude of about 6 to 8 ft AGL.
The Drone I use
I use the DJI Mavic Air 2 drone which is capable of high quality aerial photography and videography up to 4k at 60fps. The DJI Mavic Air 2 can go 400ft above a structure. This gives it the ability to get a clear, overhead, image of a house (for real estate), construction site or other facility in 4k quality. The Mavic Air 2 is also capable of 4x digital zoom at 1080p and 2x digital zoom at 4k.
